How it works:

Each day of the cleanse you arrive at The Stand between 8:00am and 9:00am (later pick up is possible) to pick up a personalized bag containing six numbered bottles

• Detailed instructions are provided along with the day’s menu and list of ingredients
• You consume only what is in the bag, plus water and herbal tea if needed
• On Day 5, tips and guidance are provided for easing back into a solid food diet
• After completing 5 day program once, you may sign up for 3 or 4 day cleanse at any time for maintenance.

I did the 5-day all liquid detoxifying cleanse offered by The Stand Juice Company in Norwalk, CT from Monday March 8th through Friday March 12th. I am a rather healthy 46 year old male.
